TAKE ME AWAY FROM THE RIVER

"Take Me Away From the River" is the name of the animation I produced for my demo reel, and is named after the song of the same name by The Fletcher Henderson Band.  It is about four minutes long, and was made using the computer programs 3D Studio Max, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and CorelDraw.  It is largely inspired by the cartoons of the twenties and thirties, particularly those of the Fleischer Studios (creators of Betty Boop and Koko the Clown).  Credits, stills and production work from it appear below, and you can see a Flash movie of it by clicking HERE.
